Set in the fashionable old town of Stockholm, the apartment is located in a property with beginnings in the middle ages.

The years and the neighbourhood reflect in the nooks and crannies and funny little angles of the house, but the flat is all modern and fully equipped.

I will be available by email, and the House Manager is available for maintenance or other urgent needs.

NB : The flat is on the fourth floor of an ancient property with no elevator. Anyone with mobility issues may find the stairs a challenge.

Primary source of heating of the apartment is the heat pump in the living room; it is more efficient than the electric radiators on the walls, as well as a greener source of warmth. Please use the pump, and complement with radiators as per need.

The pump can also be used as A/C on warm summer days.
Please consult with Synnöve if you need assistance with the controls.

Though in the old town access by car is easy, although parking is scarce and expensive in the area.

There are recycling bins for glass a block down by the boats on Skeppsbron, otherwise all rubbish so far goes in the main bins behind the steel doors to the left when exiting the building.

Rates include 12% tax.
